pulled over by police!

The other evening got stoped by the police for giving the polo a bit of sport against a clio 1.4 sport. As the police officer stoped me they asked me to open the hood so they could check the engine. Then I was asked by the officer "What size enigne is it?" I answered "Its a 1.2 65bhp 3 cylinder!" The police officer looked at me and said I was lieing beause 1.2's dont shift like that!! So she asked me to tell her what mods i had done, so i replied its on coilovers, k and n air filter and just a back box. Then the officer said "Now tell me the truth, what size engine is REALY in it. So i told the officer again, its only a 1.2. Then there was a long pause...... then the officer goes "My mom has a polo and it dont shift like that, its too, too quick for a 1.2!!!!!!!!!!! still not beliving me. As most of the 1.2 owners will know its not the quickest car on the road, said i was clocking around a tonnne!!!!!!! Which all 1.2 owners will know thats very hard to do in 500 meters distance. After a good telling off by the officer I only got asked for a producer which was a very lucky escape (Could have lost lience) and in my favour, which was shown the following day. Anyway, learnt my lesson, dont speed, its always the innocent that get hurt!!!! Thanks to the officer letting me off so kindly. Has anyone else done the same mods as me and finds it quick or is it just the fact that the 1.4 clio could'nt over take!!!!
