i was just wondering, i think its me being blonde
i accidently pressed the TP button on the radio of my polo gti, an i cant get the blooming thing to turn of now, as i dont really want to listen to the traffic news every 15 minutes
is it me being blonde or is it hard to turn off, i cant figure it out

I think you usually just press it again, have you tried that?

yep ive done that, it doesnt work

I will check in the radio manual tomorrow for you and post something

I guess another option would be to disconnect the battery, to rest the radio, would need the security code tho! and would have to set car time if digital clock and maybe tune stations back in? think it remembers those

try keeping ur finger on the button for about 3 seconds

pmsl, my mate done it for me he just started fiddling about with it a voila its off, gna put a tag over the button do not touch

Just press the FM button that then takes the radio from TP presets to FM presets....... It's the same to go from FM presets to TP presets just press the TP button to go from FM to TP.
