wot are the best ways of achieving healthy power gains would i be right in thinkin that a new manifold, cams and throttle bodies are the way to go??

my mate had jenvey's on a 1.6 16v nova and he paid bout £1700 i think, they are awesome though and the sound well thats the best bit

manifold £300
Cams £450 ish
Tbs themselves about £600, but fitting an setting up an all the bits you need, around £2k

What sort of performance gains would you expect form a decent induction kit stright through exhaust, cams, chipped and manifold?

Custom manifold: £150

about 20bhp...add stage 3head to that list for few hundred more and ur looking at around 30bhp+What sort of performance gains would you expect form a decent induction kit stright through exhaust, cams, chipped and manifold?
