NOISE OFF MY GTI

I have recently had the timing belt kit renewed on my car and about a month after it this noise appeared. Took it back to the garage and they stripped it down and checked enerything they also fitted a new water pump too for peice of mind. The noise is still there though.
When my car is sitting ticking over and i put the heater on i get a loud click as if a pump just engaged to work the heating system,with the heater on you can hear a noise like a bearing sqeeling when you rev the engine but when you have the heater off and rev the engine you dont get the noise. Got to be something to do with the heater.
CAN ANYONE HELP ANY HELP AT ALL IS APPRECIATED. THANKS GUYS
