Would would you say is the best size of wheels and tyres for that euro look on a 6n? i really dont know what to get ive been looking for a while now and have come acros some realy nice wheels. the only problem is deciding how wide to have them with standard thickness arches. dont mind geeting arch work done but i dont want to fit wider arches or any thing like that. any help would be helpfull and maby a few pics and links would help even better. cheers ash

yes, the common one is 195 45 15 on a 7 inch rim with an offset of about 30 - 35mm. that fits on with no bodywork needed.
however, how euro are you wanting to go? you could stretch that size onto an 8 inch rim, or get some nice 8x14's with a 45 profile too
it's up to you - proper euro is an uber-wide rim with a good bit of stretch going on. at least 8 inches, sometimes 9 at the back
you can flare the arches, but this usually will crack the paint so you'll need to respray the outer panel. you'd probably get away with just rolling the arches with an 8 inch rim though, if the offset was 30.

you'll need to roll the arches on the back I reckon, but sounds good to me!

I don't think they fit over the calipers and discs. depends on the size of the calipers you have at the moment. 13's are hard work on the mk2 and 3's - never seen them on the 4's but I may be very wrong.

8x14 is the best size imo, maybe with a 9x14 on the back. But ive stuck with the 8x14 steffan all round, A good site for euro rims is
