I've put my coilovers on at the weekend and i'm loving it! What do you think? not sure how low it is because i forgot to measure the standard height, so if anyone with standard suspension could let me know the height for the middle of the wheel to the start of the wheel arch I'd be very greatful.
The camber has been sorted since the pic was taken!
My road was like a mini VW show when we where fitting them, with all my mates and mates mates helping out fitting them, there was a mk3 golf, mk1 golf, mk3 polo and a corrado vr6 at one point.

Awwwwww

I want to lower mine desperately. It looks like a 4x4 in comparison to how your car looks now!
I'll see if I can get you a measurement tomorrow of the distance between my centre caps and wheel arches for front and back for you to compare against
How are you finding the ride and handling? £400 is very reasonable for coilies, I might be tempted by the same set next year!

Thanks si that would be great.
yes they are new check
www.vemonmotorsport.com, they are FK Highsports, they do not have adjustable damping, only the height, the ones with adjustable damping are an extra £100 and use koni shocks there call konisports i think. you can also get them in stainless steel for another extra £100
The handeling seems much improved, and the ride is good too, nowhere near as bumpy as I was expecting.

You're mad you are Dubpolo! Any lower and your car will be a German version of the car in Flintstones! (with no floor!).

How low does mine sit compared to your dubpolo.
theres about another 6cm of threat to go down on the coilovers which would make the car sit 3.5cm off the ground. Im happy with the height I have it at now i think, no scrubbing and not too inpractical... apart from I had to order a new jack because nothing I had would fit under the car and hav'nt tried multistories or people in the back seats yet
