coilovers?

i'm looking to go for coilovers sooner rather than later now, just wondering where to look and what makes are best avoided and so on! also how much should i be expecting to pay for them?

hiya i can help you here
don't buy spax! honestly i've suffered with them for nearly a year now and they are horrid.
I've heard very good things about H&R and FK (The budget set is only 299.99 from
www.venommotorsport.com and lowers upto 90mm)

what about fitting btw?
is it an easier job to do coilovers than just springs?

Mine were a pain in the arse to fit, in theory they should be easy, but you have to use your original top mounts front and rear which makes it more of a pain. The fk budget ones aren't available for a mk5, only mk4.
