1.4 8v tuning...
i need more power from my motor! currently got a k&n induction kit and custom back box, going to see about having the rest of the exhaust done and a racing cat on thursday! i was just wondering what else i can do to get a bit more power, looked at superchips but want some more ideas..?
i also have a 8v and want more power! jus wondered if the induction kit and back box made much difference? i asked sum1 about a decat pipe but they sed the only way 2 do it is 2 make it urself.
they also sed that if i chipped it then it wud bring it up 2 about 65 bhp lol so i dnt think its reli worth the money

I'm not sure that is totally correct but on the basis I shouldn't open my mouth till I can prove it I agree currently best option is a tranplantnothin2lose wrote:i wudnt bother tryin to make it faster coz it wont happen unless u spend some serious money on it or get a conversion done
but....... you can get over 100 bhp out of a 1.4 8V - but currently a transplant would still be cheaper!!!
