I’ve just bought some 6x9 speakers to go in my polo 6n, what’s the best way to fit them on the parcel shelf so they don’t get nicked?

a stealth shelf!
you can buy one ready made bout 60 quid
or you can build your own out of mdf
the speakers are sunk into the shelf and covered with acoustic carpet-this makes them look invisible -- ie stealth

Or fit them in as normal and tint the windows Limo in the back and dark or light smoke in the front....

Yeah so I've got the backs done only too, with 6 x 9's but I sprayed all of my speaker grills white anyway so the 6 x 9's stand out like a sore thumb....but I don't I have to worry about people stealing them on the Isle of Wight. Crime is almost unheard of hahaha

I don't know. My parents pay for my insurance so I don't know how much it is. I did ask my dad but he said unless you want to pay it, don't ask questions.....so I stopped wondering.
Bet it is cheaper on the island though. Even if my car does get stolen, where are they going to go? To get on the ferry you need to tell them your Car Reg and they check that with the registered drivers for that car.

Hi
Why are you fitting 6x9s?
Have you fitted a good component set to the front doors yet??
If not consider this
Do you go to a concert and turn your back to the stage??
p.s I know this is old just wondered is all!
