Havent a clue how you could resize the windows besides the usual.
But could you not just tab to get to the tick box? then press return

Can you get the software online? Try going to Google and typing in the software name and see what comes up, you may hit another user with the same problem and they may have overcome it somehow...if not I'd bloody get on the blower to Sony to give them a mouthful!

It looks as sony has made a boo boo of running their software installation screens at a higher res than what your screen is currently running - can you up the res any more? It maybe that your graphics card can meet the res but it might be the monitor it self. does your sys actually meet the recommend specs for the software? sometimes these can be overlooked
