What is the appeal? I'm dyslexic, can't spell and can barely write, but I can string a sentance together using real words. Why does it give anyone else so much trouble?

I am getting somewhat frustrated by the quanitiy of posts from the users of this fair discussion board who have not yet mastered the Queen's English.

take a chill pill mate and get used to it... its just the way it is...
This forums pretty good somepared to others with numbers floating about everywhere and loads of slang (obviously slang differs from place to place so some slang used in London will be alien to people in scotland for example)

basically he means talk properly, i tend to use a fair bit of geek speak as i am a geek (pwnd, w00t etc.) i tend to misspell words because im dyslexic and generally rubbish but people still know what im writing, but with all this text talk nonsence, use it in texts or msn, if ur gunna post on a forum atleast take the time to do it properly! (or edit it at a later date like i do) lol!

I completely share your frustration. Take your own time to type properly as it takes me longer to read your text speak crap.
That is all
