Not sure mate, but it sure looks nasty, has it just damaged the bumper, bonnet and lights or the engine bay as well.

It'll be suspension damage etc that you'll have to worry about, that happened when my brother crashed his old Clio 16v, was only a few hundred quid from being written off, and there wasn't as much noticeable damage as yours.

What spec is your car? Engine Size, Year etc?

That looks pretty bad there mate....
If it hasn't bent anything near the engine etc its repairable... Need a new bonnet, bumper, lights, side thing?? So maybe £150-250 (from scrappys) in repairs unless theres more internal damage

Parkers guide says this

Just have to see what insurance/bodyshop/evaluater says about it mate, we'll all hope you get good news.

Even if it is a right off i wouldnt telll the insurance company, for the sake of a 800£ car you will regret telling them for the rest of your life. You will pay well over 800£ extra for insurance. So even if its a right off, dont tell them, try fixing it yourself or sell the parts.

to be honest with you mate, it aint as bad as it seems.....

at worst possible slam pannel damage, which you could possibly pull out.

i bought a black 1.4 like this, but looked alot worse. no jigging rquired.

in a way i suppose your lucky as its been hit in the center-ish!

so you probly wont have and chasis damage.

dont be lazy, grab a tool set, and get stripping the thing! remove bonnet, wings bumper.... and trust me you will not be dissapointed!

id help but im currently solving my own f-ing probs with the polo....

worst comes to worse... pm me.

p.s....

by looking at that i can tell you that you will need:

2xheadlights
bumper
bonnet
wings??(they look straight to me)
radiator

and possible slam pannel.

dont be fooled! or conned!
