16x7 195,45,16 tyres -75mm drop 8)

with 7.5 i would say get a set of Eibach -50mm springs
also im pretty sure that 7.5 take 205 tyres so they will abit wider, hence less lowering?

im running my 6n2 on a set of 16's on 195 45 16's and mine is only lowered 30mm at the moment and had problem with scrubing on the back the plastic arch liner is a rediculous shape on the polo and anythin wider than 6 inchs gives problems with lowering, u have 2 options!
1) as i did invest in a heat gun u can pick them up from argos for about a tenner heat up the plastic liner a form it flatter and without teh stupid polo kink in it then refit i ahve had no problem since doing this!
2) just take off th rear arch liner and be doen with it all id say is mind the exhaust on the back passenger side it comes real close to the arch liner!
hope this is a help!

my opinion on lowering would be atleat 50mm mines 30mm for now, i love my car and think its phat but cnat help thinkin when i look at it it needs to be lower\!

your right mate
i had to fully remove the rear mud-guards to accomodate my wheels and the slam it at the rear, i still want the front lower, but wouldn't be able to get over speedbumps if i did :?
