I'm not sure it will result in damage, but a little limescale may form on the pipes and degrade the washers performance?. Does it say anything on the windscreen wash container? I wouldn't imagine it to be anything to worry about

AFAIK, neat antifreeze freezes quicker than water. As long as you haven't put like 3L of antifreeze in a 3.5L system you should be fine. Usually 50:50 mix is good

You could use a turkey baster to take some out then dilute it with water?

(Note: may ruin turkey baster)

There has GOT to be one in a cutlery draw in either your house or your mothers/friends house!

would probably be best to empty it out just to be on the safe side

(also how much is too much antifreeze?)

Too much coolant, or too strong a mix?

To strong a mix, I wouldn't panic. To much coolant, you need to take some out. You use your hydrometer to the same effect as the turkey baster.

Mint - as far as I'm aware, there has never been a car built that feeds the windscreen wash system off the cooling system.
