After a Spolier, GTi Style!

have found this one on eBay, but it already has the 3rd break light!
any ideas?!

could i take out the extra light or mod it some other way, or does anyone know where i can get one from thats not toooooo expensive!

i like that- wats wrong wiv havin the brake light on it aswell? blind all the bastards behind u!
i bought mine from ebay for £30 but i aint seen em about since- you could go VW but they might rip you off.
You could also try sprayin the light black or sumit? or maybe makin it clear? but i dunno how this could be done.

i dont know, but wont the spoiler cover up the brake light on the hatch when fitted? or just disconnect the standard light and connect the new one

there is an additional light in the spoiler itself... wouldnt u need to wire it in to the original lighting circuit? so would i need to take the old one out?

u get a spoiler very similar except without the brake light, i got a genuine brand new vw one on ebay, pre-painted in my cars colour for £80 :D

hi laura,
i dont think that you would need to take out the original brake light,i dont know how the spoiler is fitted but usually have to drill holes into boot to fix on to, if this is the case you would just have to drill another hole for the wiring to connect to your original brake light :)

just type polo spoiler in ebay and it'll bring some up

damn the user ended the bidding early otherwise i would of taken that spoiler off you if you had won and given you a 6n2 one without a 3rd brake light on it as i'm not a ebay user.

well if you had agreed too.
