The logic behind it is simple... Pipeline link up with say, BP... they offer a discount and in return they get a load of loyal customers who will then spend more money in the shop attached to the petrol station!!! Nothing scam about it!! You have to sign up now to show interest as the offer will not be available if the idea goes through.
