Tyre Pressure Help. Aftermarket 14" Wheels.

Hi there i have some 14" MK2 golf alloys fitted to my MK5 Polo. Tyre size 195/45/14 just need to know a tyre pressue i should be putting in these?
Can anyone help?
Front tyres are Continentals and the rears are Yoko's?

use the same as the standard wheel, its all to do with the standard wieght of the car, even if you fit 17" the tyre pressure will be the same

The volume of the tyre changes
but the pressure remains the same

I think it's inside the petrol flap or door sill
If in doubt, 30 psi will do
