Sup people my car is due a service, i am putting it into verve Glasgow for a service which means i am giving them £102 to change my oil for me (there so kind)

Instead of just getting new spark plugs was wondering if anyone has upgraded theirs for something different, where they got them, for how much and if they noticed a difference and if it's really worth it? Or any other observations they've made on this matter!?

I know with the GTi people say it's best to replace them with the standard ones, I'm not sure if the normal ones are the same?

Special spark plugs don't make your car faster, just get standard ones and change them regularly.
