Hi all

Im finally back on the net after not much luck with my computer!

Not good news on my mods but a slightly silly question regarding what oil I should use to top up the pride and joy :?

Im normally good about checking my levels but havnt looked since Christmas.....not too good. My cars seems to have developed a problem starting when warm with it sounding like its run out of petrol but eventually fires after a prolonged attempt. I put this down to it needing a much need service but after checking my oil it appears Im very very low.

I dont know which I need (10/40w?) and how much, I need quite a bit as the car seems to be pretty dry with only a slight mark on the dipstick.

Help..............

Probably a little late for that, my cars had the starting when hot problem for a while, bloody warning light...always work when you dont want them, never when you do

Any ideas on brand, to be honest as I need quite a lot (although I dont know how much I'll need) I need to keep to some type of budget

Well I hope that works, got 5 litres from Halfrauds this morning and topped her up, only used 3 litres though (how much does it normally take :? )

So hopeflly that'll get rid of the problem of starting when hot and maybe even bring my mpg back up, I.ve only been managing 240 max to a tank but wont count on the marvellry of magnatec to slow my driving style

cheers for the advice.
