paint code?

hey hey
am in the process of getting a spoiler for my polo, i just want to know where i could find the code for my paint colour of my car? is it under the bonnet? if so is it on the same panel as the engine code?

Its in the boot, its also in an aukward(sp?) position, what you have to do is, open the boot, lean your head down towards the boot floor, and then try and look at your legs through the inside of the boot
thats where it is on a sort of sticker
I know that sounds crazy but its the best way i can describe it
