Just adhesive holds them on mate.

Hairdryer will do the trick of softening the glue and just be careful when removing. If you go too heavy handed you may pull off some laquer as well.
If you have a heat gun it will be easier

If your having a bit of trouble getting them off use dental floss!. It works a treat and doesnt damage your panels, im doing mine at the weekend.

Yeah the hairdryer worked a treat!

Heated the glue up and stuck my blockbuster card between it and the panel, came right off, didn't even need to T cut it either....

Cheers

Ill second that comment bout the rubber head attachment for a drill. I had my doubts an was rubbin like crazy with compound tryin to take off d sticky stuff left on the door until my mate (whos dad is a panel beater) called in and told me bout the drill bit. It sounds dodgy and like it would damage the paint but once your any way carefull it doesnt at all! Saved me hours and my sanity!

bugger!

Yeah Polo boy, hot soap water and a card of some sort, get the panel wet and soapy where the glue is and put the card on it and push it all to one side, thats what I did and it worked really really well. If not get it wet and soapy and use your finger to rub it off, that worked alright as well.
