just fitted my new rear lights and something has gone wrong somewhere in doing it. there RHD light lights so all should be ok, i say should because well interesting things happen.

the light hand side is fine, all works and i spent time getting it nice and flush and looks great, but..... well where to begin.

when i brake my fog light comes on, but when i indicate right its much more intresting. my fog, i think my brake light and my indicator flash (or at least something like that happens)

has this happened o anyone else, i followed all the instructions

cheers, but i followed everything in the diy step as i should of done. its strange because when we swopped it back and put the old light on it all worked fine, but as soon as i put the new one on, the fog light gets involved with everything. could it be a dodgy light?

this is exactly what was wrong with mine, if your old light plugs straight back in and works thats wrong for a start, its not a dodgy light, but it only happened on mine because i didnt do the right hand side light i.e switching wires slicing off lugs and turning switch round, *i think* it may be when you plug the plug in it needs to be back to front.
other than that im stumped :?:

This happened mine too, i went to a scrap yard n picked up a second hand bulb holder- worked perfect straight away, although the bulb holders i was using originally had been laying up for some time and had become a bit musty/rusty...

Hope that helps 8)
