Help!! Images on the mirror switch

HI
I bought a polo gti and the mirror switch is broken.
It has position 1 0 3 as normal,then on the other side it has a picture of a mirror with an arrow. Is that for folding mirrors?

I don't think any of the GTi's came with folding mirrors.
Have you got a picture of it?
*EDIT* I've just looked at my mirror switch, all it has is R 0 L there's no arrows, I believe they are all the same.

hay its not 1. 0. 3. sorry it has R O L but opposit it has an image of a mirror folding on it ??? anyone

Got it, blurred though m8, tried to size down, but still bad... got a clearer one?
defo looks like a different switch though!
if possible, could you prise it out of the handle and let me know the VW part number printed on the back of it, so I can look it up

the actual switch brocken so the red circle bit is just the light shining through it looks like the same bit as the one on my old polo besides that left little picture. best out of a few i tried to take..

do you have that little pic on the left indo or anyone for that matter its a pic of a mirror with an arrow underneath it. poor picture i know?

Yep that is what I meant, that little pic on the left I do not have, nor have seen before... I realised you snapped it off good and proper hehe
Keep the camera further back a bit to get a better pic
I think, as you will need a new switch anyway, take it out and let me know the part number

Does the image look like either of these two?
Also what reg is your car? What year? Does it have A/C controls or Climatronic?
