Gearbox Code?!?!

Hi,
I'm getting a gearbox sorted out for my car. I need the gearbox number for a 1.9 Diesel L Polo if anyone can help me.
Details are:
1996 P-Reg (pre face lifted dash) 1.9 D L
I need this asap if anyone can help me out that would be great.
