Hello all, I cant seem to find how I replace the brake light bulb on my 2002 Polo. The usual way you would access a cars rear lights from the boot results in being met with what appears to be a sealed unit.
Help Please, can't afford another trip to the dealers!!!

i may be too late to help but in case any one recovers this thread on a search.
Behind the carpet by the rear light there is a black knob which needs to be unscrewed then the half of the light on the inside will be free but there is two ball joints which join the light to the car at the rear quarter - they can be a bit fiddly to get out but with patience is possible. then it's a case of unclipping the back part and from there on is easy to figure out what to do.
