I'm going to buy some (but in a can), I'm going to spray the black plastic inside the VW sign silver

VW should stock your paint code in a touch up stick, if not i imagine the most you would have to wait would be a couple of days. iirc they cost around a fiver, not very much at all and the paint will be an exact match, well worth the money.

Ive used the VW touch up paint on mine before. if you master the technique of putting it on etc etc and not getting it to blob then you cant tell where you have done. I always get my dad to do it when i touch mine up.

Which one are you on about?
The rear VW badge, the MKIV's is different I think. It's the one in this pic.

Just ask for Reflex Silver m8 (ask them to confirm, they can look it up on their systems via your number plate, but I recon you have this colour!)
Best getting paint from dealer - more likely to match in!
Comes in a touch up set, small tubes with brush. colour paint and lacquer
Or a spray can set, again two, colour paint and lacquer

i got a touch up pack from halfords, has a primer, the paint and a laquer in it for about 10 quid and you can't even notce where the chips and scratches were. i'd deffo recommend them

think so, my boyf sorted mine out for me

but pretty sure he touched up chips as well as scratches
