Help choosing angel eye headlamps.

Thinking of getting angel eye headlamps but cant decide whether to get black or chrome what do you guys think?
Also do you suggest getting fogs first or getting the angel lights?

i personally would get the black angel eyes, because they will match your grill and make it look meaner
buy some foglights later on..

Get the GTi mesh in your bumper to match your grille:
