I've seen that before, I think the best way round it would be to see a gap and floor it

WTF. Thats insane. I'd take a trip to Swindon to have a go on that. Looks like it would be more fun than Alton Towers!

It seems like a good traffic calming measure to me. Just puts people off it.
Although can you imaging what it would be like at rush hour........cars, lorries, bus's, bikes, bumpers, doors, wings, arms legs, all over the place

that looks like fun, as someone already said, see a gap, floor it, and generally hope for the best

apparently it works really well and keeps the traffic down
just think, if you need to go almost all the way round the island, now you can do it in a very short hop, and *zoof* that's your car removed from that bit of road and no longer there to cause any hold up.
