Avator Pic Size (Please Help)

What is the max pic size that you can have as your avator?

With immediate effect, please note the new size limit in place for signature images:
300 (wide) x 100 (high) - pixels

Also, only one (1) image per signature!
We have had to bring this rule in, as there are some massive photos being used as sigs at the moment, and it is making the place look untidy!
Please also note that rude or offensive words or pictures will be removed.
We hope you can all check that your sigs fall within these new stipulations.
If people do not change to "regulation" size images within a reasonable amount of time, the Admin team will start to remove offending images.
