Demounting the light switch??

Can someone explain me how to demount the light-switch on a mk4?? i mean this

You have to pull it out by reaching it from inside. You can to this by removing the 'glove box' found under the steering and reach it from there. You are going to change the interior lighting?

Maybe in the future...but for now, i need only to see a thing in the light switch connector, i'd like to mount a Passat W8 interior light...thank you anyway..bye
