Polo on Pimp My Ride UK

any of you see that mk2 (i think) polo on pimp my ride uk last week? it was mad, like the euro look with a airplane mix! look mad!

was rather OTT in places BUT there were good things about it too!
the bumpers that they put on were quite nice and suited the look of the car!
as the girl was an air hostess, i quite liked the neon underneath that looked like landing lights (shoot me)!
one thing........westwood is not a patch on Xibit tho!!

yeah, i know, he is a fool, can be funny sometimes, but he is no xzibit! little bit over the top, but like u said, the body kit looked good, and lights and interior. i also like the white, i usually hate white cars, but with those semi plane and semi euro graphics it looked good!
shame on the colour of the interior. girl wasn't bad either!

westwood needs to move aside, surely there must be a better dj or rap star that they could get to present the uk version? harvey or goldie for instance, even maggot from glc
wish someone would pimp my ride though i'd like to do up my polo but haven't got the funds

i personally just wasn't feeling that car, (girl is a different matter though
) as much as i love polos they are just not pimp material, thats the main reason why the uk version is poo because they do novas, sunnys and polos.....and america has mustangs, etc...
and of course i litterally just sit cringing non-stop whilst the big dawg spews b/s
least they could have done was whack a g40 engine in there for her, then she'd be "bringin her top game to the streetz" in the great words of dickwood

whilst not being a true *pimp* candidate my polo could still do with a bit of a make-over and general tune up and it would be all the better if someone else would pay for it

i would consider doing pimp my ride purely so i get all the free stuff, then i can sell it on and buy a G40 lol
wouldn't actually be seen driving it of course

i've thought of buying a crappy car, but that has doing up potential, and writting to mtv to pimp it, so it woulnt be my polo, but something cool, like the VW van they did, or an old merc or something like that! HUH?

yeh i was going to apply for my uncles lambo countach kit car......the car is here....he lives in america now, its a long way away from completion, and im not allowed to touch it of course! but any car for pmr has to have a mot and the owner must be 18 - 24 and registered to them

Ain't really watched that, but are there any details of how to apply, for my son , not for me I hasten to add. I'm more of a q-car street sleeper look myself.

Bar the interior i actually think they have done a good job witht that, the bumpers and exhaust particulary suit it.
One thing though, when i read through the tec specs they had done nothing with the engine, so at best its going to be a 1.3 and with all that added on weight its going to be the slowest thing on the road.

thats the only thing, unless your engine is practically dead, they wont touch it! so it's just looks and rubish performance, or still unreliable!
