Headunit Speakers Problem (static)

I've recently had my sound system fitted, it all was working fine with subwoofer and amplifier, but when i came about to changing the door speakers, they have started making a static sound when listening to music.
I have a Pioneer DEh-MP4800P headunit and it has 2 RCA output (SW and Speakers), i have the rear RCA cable going to the amplifier and then to the subwoofer via the SW output and the front through the speaker output (to amplifier to speakers).
Does anyone have any ideas why i may be having the problem. I have stripped all the wires 100% correctly when connecting everything up.
