Any help??? my girlfriend trod chewing gum into my gti and its into the carpet its all in on place so its not too bad.

any idea how to remove it?

Yes getting chewing gum off anything is incredibly easy and its guaranteed to work!

All you have to do is take the material with the chewing gum on and stick it in the freezer, leave it for 2 hours go back and you should just be able to flick it off, or if necerssary use a fork. You won't damage anything doing this..

and if u cant get it into the freezer, get an icepack and leave it directly ontop of the gum for an hour or so and just come along with your trusty fork and remove the bugger quickly

Chewing gum goes very hard very quickly and looses its stick as long as the gum is below room temparture or the enviroment temperature that surrounds it so just freeze it

Similar way go down to Maplin or any plumbing shop an buy FREEZER spray. Spray it on the gum to freeze it solid and then remove with a knife fork etc. if you hammer it when frozen the gum actually shatters. Freezer spray creates an instant freeze it's about £5-6.

hi! i'm a valeter- use TFR (traffic film remover) spray a bit on out of a spray bottle, scrub at it a little, you will see the gum loose all it's stickiness, hoover it all up and that's it!!! get TFR from any decent motor factor (NOT halfords!) use it to get flies off bodywork, filth off wheels and any staining inside- dashes, seats and headlining!

plenty of tfr water and my tip a hacksaw blade comb it thru the caarpet with the gum on its like a nit comb affect lol !!!!!
