how do i remove the front bumper of the 6n 16v

ive done this, but i done it a while i go,
i think its quite an effort of a job, i.e... you need to take out headlights and indicators etc to get to some of the bolts,
ermm, also a few from inner wing, and then along the top of the bumper theres like 4/5 bolts i think,
im working off memory though mate, so im not sure,
