Hi All,

As some of you were aware i made a bit of a pickle over the weekend in the ways of being one of the closest people to the meetup for GTI Inters to be the last one to actually arrive  quite embrassing but rather funny

So i am looking into investing in a sat nav unit rather than using these stupid online route finders.

I dont really have a budget a such at this time but my preferences are as follows

- its got to be mobile, allowing transfer from vehicle to vehicle
- speed camera detection
- user friendly
- European maps (optional)

so who can help me?

Rich

Can't beat TomTom.

I use TomTom Mobile 5 on my Nokia 6680.

It took me over 370 miles straight to the camping for Inters without a problem.

Got to say TomTom. I go all over the country with mine on a regular basis, and love the thing.

I've been using TomTom 3 and 5 on my pda. Took me to france, germany, denmark, ... without problems :-)
