How to get at dash speaker on polo mkIV 9N?

Hi there

I need to check a rattling/ vibration coming from one of the dash tweeters on my polo mkIV 9N (a loose screw/washer??).

Looking closely I believe that the speaker grills & interior windscreen pillar frame surround are all one piece, so I cant just pop the grill out & get at the speaker? I can't see how to pop the whole frame surround piece out either without A) removing the dashboard, or B) pulling off all the doorframe rubber in an attempt to slide/ twist it out (which may not work anyway).

With the wealth of people upgrading their speakers someone must have done this before? Any suggestions. pic below

either way i bellive all you do is pull the door rubber off and then you will see that the door pillar cover just pulls off allowing access to the speakers. easy as pie.
