Running iTunes on Windows XP (Home Version), multiple users, and two separate iPods.

Rather than using two separate libraries, is there any way it can be configured to use one shared library, with individual playlists for the iPods?

I've had a look and read the manual, but I can't see any way of doing it? Any help would be appreciated, but please don't get too technical.....

have both the ipods to manual uploading, that way either one can have the songs you want and they will both be configured to the same library.
if using playlists from same library, it is easier, as you just click and drag playlists onto the ipod and it loads them.

i do this with mine, and my girlfriend also does it to tale music from my pc when she wants some! also when she goes home, she loads from hers and there is no conflict.

but you have to manually eject the ipod from your computer, by clicking the eject button on the itunes next to the ipod logo when ipod cionnected if you know what i mean?

hope it helps!
