They are the A8 'dustbin lid' version and are availiable in 19 inch.
about £500 each from Audi.

I thought these were A8L wheels in 8x18?

Yeah they are 8x18's saw a set on german ebay about a month ago, went for about 700 without tyres, just have to keep an eye for them cos everyone wants them!!

Oh, and they're 5x112. So you need adapters.
