what would be a better fit?

7x15 alloys on 195/45/15....Et 20 or 30?

i want to lower my car but not alot and want the wheels arches 2 look filled

ET30 will fit with possibly a little scrubbing (if lower more than 60mm) ET20 WILL scrub, the wheel would sit flush with the outer side of the arch.

To give you an idea, I have 8x15 et20 and the protrude an inch past the edge of the car.

If you want them to fill the arches get 195/50R15's instead.
