Got myself mk5 light and wired them up the righthand side one went like a gem then wired the left hand one up according to the diy guide I took of this and I encountered a big problem.

When I brake the fog light comes on
When I indicate the sidelight goes on and off
When I put the fog on the indicator comes on

Has anyone got any ideas to where I have went wrong I have changed plugs 4 and 5 around and can't see where I have went wrong Any help much appreciated.Cheers

dude i really dont want this to sound sarcastic but it sounds like you have solved yur own problem. it sound like a simple case of swapping the wires around. they all seem to be doing what the are told but just in the wrong places if that makes sence!
