Im looking at selling my polo as i need a 5 door car now due to a new baby being born soon.

Looking for around £1400 is this a realistic price?

sounds reasonable to me. I'd be tempted to put it back to standard for 2 reasons:

-your car will appeal to a bigger audience (i.e. people who want a standard car)
-you can sell off the mods (lights, alloys etc) separately and you'll probably get more money this way.

the service history could affect the price you get, too.
