What Polo had these type of window switch panel?

Hi,
Does anyone know which Polo had this type of switch panel, I saw this on eBay a few days ago.

Thats an Ibiza or Polo classic switch panel, you can tell as it has the space for the electric mirrors on the left, would work on a mk4 polo for a guess though as the electric window switches are the same.

It was advertised as coming from a T-reg Polo but I was't sure as it didn't look like any panels I've seen before.
I'm looking for one as it would be perfect for installing rear electric windows.

should be fine just need 2 extra switches for it and theyre individueal units anyway

I saw it on eBay and didn't get a chance to bid, someone else got it
I'll have to keep an eye out for one on eBay or go down a scrappy.
