country emblems on rear windows

H i guys...
Does anyone know how to take the "country" emblems off the rear windows? Im toying with the idea of window tint and i need to remove the "country" insignia first.
They dont look like stickers, would a fine stanley blade take them off? or would i risk scratching the windows?
Also, i have a component set waiting to be installed, however, im clueless as to where to put them ( no room on doors coz of window winders and mirror toggles). Where have u guys put ur front speakers?
