Suspension Question

Today i got my tracking done and camber reset, and found out that my back wheels are sitting crooked and they said that they can't do anything about that, which i thought is normal. The guy also said that i need to get a bar that goes accross the engine to support the suspension it's called a anti-roll bar i think. He said that i could flip the car if i don't have one of them going round a corner. Which i think is wrong :? could someone please explain what he meant, he also asked about whether i got the mounts or something else changed when i got it lowered, then he said i need to get that anti-roll bar to strenghten it up.

The numpty at the garage is talking about a front upper strut brace, which connects to the top of the strut towers (you can see them when you open the bonnet), but he's talking poppycock IMO, you certainly don't need a strut brace to be able to drive your car without flipping it! To quote wikipedia:
A strut brace is designed to reduce the strut tower flex by tying two parallel strut towers together. This transmits the load of each strut tower during cornering via tension and compression of the strut bar which shares the load between both towers and reduces chassis flex.

A direct result of this is improved chassis rigidity (similar to that gained from a lower tie bar); hence, the understeer is reduced, tire wear improved and metal fatigue is greatly reduced in the strut tower area. Following the aftermarket's lead, some manufacturers have started fitting strut bars to performance models, including the NISSAN Skyline R34 and the HOLDEN VY II Commodore, as standard equipment.
Not an essential item but useful if you want to tighten up the handling a bit more.

Is it worth getting a front strut brace do you think, Im going to be lowering my MK4 about 40mm. Would I noice a difference do you think?

at -40mm you won't notice a great deal of improvement, its more for the ground scraping boys on coil-overs but even then i doubt you'd notice much difference.
