i've seen mk1 models for sale so i bet there has been one of the MK2, try specialist model shops and websites as they dont often list everything they can get. and German Ebay

I've one
Took me a while to find it though. It's made by CONRAD and if you're doing a search CONRAD POLO (C). There are usually a few on ebay in Germany but the go for bonkers money,the last one I was going for was over 40euros plus postage! In the end I did a google search and found a place in the states with one and it cost £20 inc postage.they're 1-43 scale and aren't the best detailed,but where else are ya gonna get one!
These pics aren't graet it actually looks a lot better
Before

After
There are 2 coupes on at the mo

DUDE... SWEET!
Nice one

Wrong wheels (though I sure would have liked some BBS's) and it's not a dark enough blue (and it's probably LHD) but it's nothing a happy afternoon farting about with my brother's abandoned Warhammer paints, glues, stanley knives and spare bits of plastic couldn't fix. Good price too... very tempted

(to get it dead right, need to find a steelwheeled mk4 and do a transplant

)
EDIT: Oi oi look at the engine.. it's a GT... cheeky modelling people basing it off a rare one hehe... Do hope it can be removed from the stand because it would so be getting grrrrrnn'd (spi. does. not. "brum"

) up and down the desk in idle moments

comes apart very easily front memory. carefully prise out rear bumper, then the bottom should basically fall out. Once that's out everything else is easy, push rear lights etc from inside out and be careul not to crack glass on removing!!!
