Scrappys can be great,me and my bro pulled a 1990 MK2 Golf out of one (literally!!) just before it got another car dropped on it's roof. It'd been sitting for a while and lost a few bits. Cleaned up like a brand new motor, unbelieveable,an engine mounting wass all we could find wrong with it and it hadn't been on the road in nearly 2 years so needed brake discs back box and accelerator & cltch cables.Through MOT and he did aboutr 10K in it last year, not 1 problem!

well done

Kept it bog standard and drove it for a year, the MOT just ran out and he hasn't put it through again yet. Some git dented the passenger door and drove off then someone tried to break into it so he'd to paint both doors again.Aside from that the bodywork was mint!

I'll try and scan a few pics in
