Disks

ELo there, am thinking of upgrading my brakes on my 6n 16v. I want to do a rear disk conversion, and would like to know how much work this is going to be, and what it involves/what parts are needed.
Also, I have been told that i can get bigger brake carriers on the front to run corrado (or similar) G60 disks!? Does anyone know if this is true? Will I need bigger calipers or anything?
