TP button

I pressed the dreaded TP button by accident the other day and I cant get rid of the traffic reports. I figured out once how to get rid of the reports and now cant remember what I pressed. I'm sure its a combination of a few buttons. Can anyone help me...please.....!!!!

I think when I kept getting traffic reports, I pressed the FM button.
I just pressed anything I could see because they were doing my head in

yeah, that gets rid of it for that moment but it will keep interupting every half hour or so still. I'm sure i found a combination of buttons pressed and held down together and it will get rid of TP altogether until you press the stupid button again.
