Hi,
Has anyone fitted a Honda S2000 ariel to their polo on here. If so have you got any pics. Sure I saw someone with one. Thinking about changing mine so its a bit more stumpy but still want a black one to be in keeping with the black/red theme. Don't want an anodised chav special so think this is the way forward unless anyone has any better ideas. I'm open to options.
Cheers
Sam.

I've seen them (new ones) on Ebay; can't remember the price but they were pretty cheap in comparison to dealer price.

Is the reception as good as the VW version? From what I've seen of them on Ebay, they look a bit shorter, but they do look good.

Cheers for the replies folks. I've looked on eBay but couldn't find any. Will try again. My brother suggested fitting a genuine BMW or Saab shark fin but not sure whether I'd get away with it. I have no intention of fitting chav sharkfin that you can get from motorworld with neon peak. Just don't know what'll look best.

Here you go mate. Sorry bout the quality not very much light and with a phone camera.
I reckon a shark fin would look to much with my spoiler and I really like the look of the car with the stuby on it.

Cheers Biddle. That looks spot on. Quite impressed think I'll keep my eye out on eBay. I assume the threads match up nicely.

Yeah the thread matches up perfect, Il get a couple of pics tommorow, when its light and the car aint covered in condensation, of the aerial at the base. Its a little bit wider than the top of th aerial mount but you seriously wont notice it, I dont.

I bought my S2000 aerial from Dale, who advertises mainly on Club Lupo. Its an Enfig item so is thinner at the base and fits
perfectly. Radio reception is unchanged. Cost in the region of £25

£25
Bit pricey for me...might check the Bay for one under a tenner.
Anyones who's got one from eBay how does it compare to the Enfig?
Thanks,
Mo
