i was just wondering does MK5 headlights fit on a MK4 i relli dont like my standard ones i want the crystal effect ohh n if it does is it easy to fit in

Nah they're bigger

They do fit, aslong as you replace the bonnet wings and bumper at the same time

have you ever attempted that,,,if not,,,,dont.

yeah it can be done, and has been done.... a fella had a feature either redline, or fast car... with a mk5 front end..... looking pritty good... but i wouldnt...

its an awful job.

Easy Peasy if you've dismantled the front ends of both cars before and know how . I prefer the mk4 to the mk5 tbh, i feel the mk5 is a bit of a bodged face lift especially with the replacing of the headlight carry on!

its not just a case of stripping the parts and replacing them though,,,and it definitely isnt easy peasy.

soo um it's is possible buh it's xtremly hard to doo is it betta if i try n get angel lights

it would be more hassle than it's worth, although the mk5 headlights work a thousand times better than the mk4 ones

what??? why would getting angel eyes make it easier to fit.? They are obviously the same size!

In all honesty, it would not be worth while shelling the money out for the face conversion! It would be much more worthwhile just actually getting a mk5 wouldnt it??

mk4 angel eyes or projectors (anything really) lift the front end i think,,as said before the mk5 lights are more hassle then there worth,,unless its been stuffed on the front end and youve got a blank canvas to play with,,,,still no walk in the park mind.

my bad i ment to say was.... so it's harder to fit in mk5 lights ....so is it betta to get angel lights for a mk4 instead sorry for the mis understanding
